That connection wasn&#039;t intentional, but now that you mention it the steps that came out of my head were probably influenced by my passion on both sides. I do advise job seekers to think like recruiters to be discovered. It does work the other way too.</description>

As I was reading the steps you outlined, I found a striking resemblance between the steps a recruiter must take to conduct a thoughtful and carefully planned source and recruit, and what a job seeker must do to successfully conduct a thoughtful job search. 

Hmmm... one would think that given the similarity in the process and ultimate goal for both parties involved, they would learn to play nicely in the sandbox.</description>
